Duties Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their experience Manage retail sales, including cash handling, inventory management, and point-of-sale transactions Assist with organizing and overseeing golf events such as tournaments, social gatherings, or recreational activities Support guest services by answering questions, giving directions, and ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop area to uphold a professional appearance Coordinate with team members to facilitate smooth event operations and resolve any conflicts promptly Provide lifeguard services when necessary, ensuring safety protocols are followed during pool or water-related activities Engage with children and groups during special programs or entertainment events to foster a fun environment Support food service operations if applicable, including serving snacks or beverages during events or busy periods Use public speaking skills to communicate event details clearly and confidently to guests and participants Skills Strong background in customer service with a passion for guest satisfaction Experience in events management and coordinating recreational activities or tournaments Conflict management skills to handle guest concerns professionally and effectively Cash handling expertise with accuracy in transactions and register operations Lifeguard experience or certification to ensure safety during water-related activities Ability to work well with children in playful or educational settings Excellent public speaking skills for communicating clearly during events or announcements Knowledge of food service operations and hospitality standards when supporting food-related activities Experience working in resort environments or hospitality settings is highly desirable Familiarity with theater or entertainment production can enhance event hosting capabilities Join us in creating memorable experiences filled with energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional service!
