Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Golf Shop Attendant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will be the friendly face of the golf shop, providing exceptional customer service, managing retail operations, and supporting event activities. Your energy and attention to detail will ensure that every visitor feels welcomed and valued, whether they're enjoying a round of golf, attending a special event, or exploring our amenities. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a lively resort environment that celebrates hospitality, teamwork, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with inquiries related to golf services, shop merchandise, and resort amenities Manage cash handling duties accurately during sales transactions and maintain proper register procedures Support event management by coordinating tee times for the course and the SGA, oversee the outside service staff and keep everyone on task. Provide outstanding guest services by addressing concerns promptly and resolving conflicts efficiently with a positive attitude Assist with food service operations when needed, including serving snacks or beverages at the shop or nearby hospitality areas Maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf shop, rental equipment, and surrounding areas to ensure a welcoming environment Engage in public speaking opportunities to promote upcoming events or resort offerings to groups or individual guests Experience Prior experience in customer service or hospitality roles within a Golf Course, hotel, or recreational setting is preferred Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems ensures smooth transactions Bartending Skills are a plus Strong communication skills for public speaking and guest interactions are highly valued Join us as a Golf Shop Attendant and become an integral part of creating joyful moments for our guests!
