This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy golf, interacting with people, and spending time outdoors. Marshals serve as ambassadors of the golf course, helping golfers have a great day while keeping play moving smoothly and efficiently. We are currently hiring for both daytime and evening shifts with flexible scheduling available. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain an appropriate pace of play throughout the golf course. Assist groups in keeping up with the expected pace while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Communicate with golfers in a friendly and courteous manner to enhance their overall experience. Address pace-of-play concerns proactively and diplomatically. Provide general assistance to golfers, including course information, directions, and support as needed. Observe course conditions and report maintenance, safety, or guest service concerns. Help create a welcoming, enjoyable, and customer-focused atmosphere for all guests. Support golf shop staff and management with special events, leagues, and daily operations when needed. Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills. Passion for golf and understanding of golf etiquette preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with golfers of all skill levels. Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. Ability to spend extended periods outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be at least 18 years old.
