Job Description

Attend to all pool area needs including but not limited to: taking & delivering food & drink orders, organizing pool furniture, picking up trash, managing towels, helping guests with their needs, answering guest questions, managing all games located in the pool area, help maintain all pool rules. Essential Functions:
Provide exceptional guest service to all customers. Proactively welcome all pool area guests and offer available pool area services to them. Provide food and drink menus and make aware of any specials. Have complete knowledge of all pool area food and drink options. Take food and drink orders from guests and provide timely return of orders. Prepare final guest bill, accept payment and process credit (through POS system) or cash transactions, making appropriate change as required. Keep pool area organized and orderly (pool furniture, games, etc.)
Required:
Must hold a valid gaming license in accordance with the Illinois Gaming Board regulations. Must complete all company-required training within designated time frames.
