Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a part-time Pool Attendant to join our dynamic "Summer" team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!
Position:
Pool Attendant, approximately 20-30 hours per week.Location:
Larking Village, our 476-unit multi-family residential community located in Joliet, IL.Hours:
There are many shifts available (discussed during interview process). Pool hours are Monday through Sunday 11:00am through 7:00pm in the summer. This position will run from approximately June 1, 2025 - September 7, 2025.About Us:

Maintain daily Pool Logs Ensure all persons in the pool area have a community pass Maintain the cleanliness of the pool area Responsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the pool or the residents Responsible for maintaining the required property uniform and ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times Responsible for courteous and efficient responses at all timeQualifications:
Education High school diploma or GED required Experience 1-3 months of related experience preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionSkills & Certifications:
Ability to interact with people of all ages and backgrounds ability to enforce rules in a clear and constructive manner strong organizational skillsJoin Our Team:
