Pool Attendant
Pool Attendant. 3 temporary, full-time positions. 04/01/2026 to 11/15/2026. United Pool Management LLC located at 5709 Frederick Ave Ste 201, Rockville, MD 20852. unipoolmgmail. Assist with pool opening and closing and prepare the swimming pool facilities for operations. Opening and closing procedures include removing safety covers, removing debris, power washing pool interiors, assembling swimming pool equipment, arranging pool furniture, draining swimming pools, covering pool with safety covers, disassembling equipment for winterizing procedures, cleaning pool decks. Pool Attendants will monitor activities to ensure adnce to pool rules and safety procedures, greet patrons, assist with pool sign-in, and provide guidance on pool policies and procedures. Maintain cleanliness of pool area and equipment, including wiping down tables, moving chairs, picking up trash or litter, cleaning pool area and pool bathrooms, stacking chairs at the end of shifts, and closing umbrellas. Pool Attendants will maintain operation of the pool by checking chemical levels, cleaning debris from water, brushing pool walls and pool floors, and vacuuming the pool. 40 hours per week. 8-hour workday. Monday - Friday - 9AM to 5PM. OT hours possible. No minimum education required. No minimum experience is required. Must be able to obtain lifeguard certification. Employer will provide assistance with obtaining certification. The employee will not supervise other workers. Travel will be required. Daily transportation provided by the employer to worksites. Work will be performed in the following counties: Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Howard County, Montgomery County, Prince George County, and Anne Arundel County.
Wage:
$18.52/hour.OT Wage:
$27.78/hour. Workers paid biweekly. Optional housing available at $790/month to be deducted from pay if elected. Optional vehicle for personal use at $75 per month to be deducted from pay if elected. Traffic or parking tickets or fines that are the fault of the employee will be deducted from employees pay. Optional cell phone services available at $40/month will be deducted if elected. On the job training provided. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified occupation, at the companys sole discretion, based on individual factors including work performance, skill and tenure. Single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the workers paycheck required by law will be made. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or w the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except w the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or w the employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence provided at a rate of at least $16.28/day during travel to a maximum of $68/day with receipts/documentation of actual expenses. H2B Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job, and guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12 week period of total employment period.
