Hours:

Up to 30 hours per week — weekdays (5:00 PM•9:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday, 4:00 PM•9:00 PM). We're looking for a reliable and responsible individual to manage the daily operations of our community pool during the summer season. This role includes opening, monitoring, and closing duties to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for residents.

Responsibilities:

Open and close the pool area daily Clean and restock bathrooms Check and report pool water pH levels Skim the pool surface to remove debris Set up and take down umbrellas Straighten and organize pool furniture Check pool passes and ensure all residents sign in Keep the pool deck clean and free of trash Water plants on the pool deck Secure tools when not in use Monitor resident behavior on the pool deck and in the pool; address any conduct violations Note service requests and supply needs Immediately report emergency maintenance issues to the service manager or next available staff member In the case of an emergency (e.g., bodily fluids, blood, vomit, in the pool or poor visibility), clear the pool and contact staff immediately Please note: Lifeguard or CPR certification is not required for this position.
