This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with residents, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. ✅

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor pool entry to ensure only authorized residents and guests enter Check wristbands and verify resident status in a friendly, professional manner Maintain a visible and approachable presence at the pool area Help uphold community rules and promote a safe, respectful environment Secure the pool area by locking the gate at closing time each day Remove and dispose of trash at the end of each shift Communicate effectively with property staff regarding any issues or concerns 🌟

What We're Looking For:

Dependable, punctual, and able to work weekends consistently Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to remain attentive and detail-oriented throughout the shift Professional demeanor with a positive and friendly attitude Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required 💼 Why Work with BG Staffing?
