Pool Shack Attendant - Job Description The Pool Shack Attendant is responsible for providing friendly, efficient service to guests in the pool area. This role includes preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and take food and beverage orders in a friendly, professional manner Prepare and serve simple food items and beverages Process cashless payments (credit/debit cards and mobile payments only) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool shack, counters, and surrounding areas Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Monitor guest needs and provide prompt service Communicate with management regarding inventory and any issues

Requirements:

Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in an outdoor environment, including heat and sun exposure Basic math and transaction-handling skills Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and carry supplies (typically up to 25-40 lbs)

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service, concessions, or hospitality Food safety certification (if required by employer)

Work Environment:

This position is primarily outdoors, in a pool setting, and may involve exposure to heat, humidity, and a fast-paced environment.
