This position involves assisting with the day-to-day operations of the mini golf course, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for players and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels valued and attended to. Duties Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about the golf course and services available. Manage tee times and ensure smooth flow of play on the course. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the pro shop or snack bar. Assist in organizing and managing events, such as tournaments or special gatherings. Provide guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf shop, practice areas, and other facilities. Support food service operations by assisting with food preparation and serving when necessary. Ensure safety protocols are followed, particularly in areas where children are present or during events. Engage in public speaking as needed for announcements or event coordination. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in events management to coordinate successful tournaments or gatherings. Effective conflict management abilities to resolve issues promptly and professionally. Cash handling experience to manage transactions accurately. Previous lifeguard experience is a plus for ensuring safety around water features if applicable. Comfort working with children, creating a friendly atmosphere for families. Excellent public speaking skills for announcements or event presentations. Background in food service or hospitality to enhance guest experiences at the facility. Familiarity with resort or theater environments is beneficial but not required.
