Job Description

DIRECTOR OF RECREATION AND LEISURE SERVICES
- City of Saint Peter, Minnesota - MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Recreational Services, Education, Sports Management, Library Services or related field from an accredited college or university; Three years' experience in progressively responsible positions in at least 1 of the following: recreational program development, developing recreation program budgets or employee supervision; demonstrated knowledge of the principles and procedures of municipal recreational program administration; previous experience working with the public.
Salary Range:
$94,500 to $104,500. Applicants are required to complete a City application form available online at https://www.saintpetermn.gov/365/Employment or from the City Administrator's office at 227 South Front Street or by calling (507)934-0663. Completed applications must be received by the City Administrator's office by 11:59 p.m. on April 15th, 2026. Interviews will be held in person on April 28th, 2026.Faxed and/or late applications will not be accepted.
