Description:
Family-owned Golf Simulator Business looking for someone that has great customer service skills, enjoys golf/sports and bar knowledge. Prepare alcoholic or non-alcohol beverages and Interact with seated customers, take orders, serve/prepare food and drinks. Assess customers' needs and preferences. Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. Comply with all food and beverage regulations.Functions:
Follow alcohol awareness procedures for identifying age, preventing intoxication, and dealing with intoxicated Guests. Collect payment (credit cards, cash) for drinks and/or food served following company-established accounting procedures for all transactions. Maintains Bar top/table appearance. Keeps Bar clean, sets up and breaks down service wells. Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Assists other Team Members as needed. Check In customer into their reserved simulator bay Assist with customer's simulator experience and troubleshoot simulator issues.Requirements:
Bartending or server experience Ability to operate POS, make change and accurately conduct credit card transactions and account for all monies at the end of each shift. Stands/walks 6 to 8 hours per shift. Reaches, lifts and bends, frequently. Able to deliver plates, food & clear the bar which may require lifting as much as 30lbs. Able to change kegs which may require lifting as much as 60 lbs. with a partner. Ability to verbalize and clearly respond to Guests. Ability to be friendly and smile Clean area at end of shift: Bathrooms, Kitchen, Bar and Golf Simulators. Must be 21 years old The Bogey Brothers operational hours: Monday- Thursday 12p-9 Friday
- Saturday 10a-10p Sunday
- 12p-6p (12-30 HRS A WEEK)
