Pool Attendant

Responsibilities Monitor pool activity continuously to ensure guest safety and enforce facility rules Perform regular pool maintenance including water testing, chemical balancing, and cleaning to maintain optimal water quality Conduct routine inspections of pool equipment and surrounding areas to identify maintenance needs or hazards Provide friendly assistance and information to guests regarding pool hours, safety procedures, and amenities Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude Assist with emergency situations by executing first aid or CPR when necessary, following established protocols Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, locker rooms, and surrounding areas through regular cleaning and sanitation tasks Experience Prior experience in pool maintenance or facility cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided Lifeguard experience is highly desirable (but NOT required), along with current certifications in lifeguarding, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), and first aid Physical stamina for heavy lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and performing routine cleaning tasks Strong guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of pool chemicals and safety standards is a plus but not mandatory; training will be available for qualified candidates Join us in creating a safe and enjoyable aquatic environment!
