Pool Attendant

Responsibilities Monitor pool area continuously to ensure safety and enforce facility rules Conduct routine inspections of pool equipment and surrounding areas to identify maintenance needs or hazards Provide food and beverage services to guests by taking and delivering orders through the Greensboro National Tavern Stocking and keeping inventory of the snack shack and beverage cooler Checking in members and taking guests payments Using POS system to take orders and payments from pool guests Provide prompt, friendly, service to pool members and their guests Provide friendly assistance and information to guests regarding pool policies, facilities, and safety procedures Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, ensuring a positive experience Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, locker rooms, and surrounding areas through regular cleaning and sanitation tasks Skills Strong guest service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Physical stamina for heavy lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and performing manual cleaning tasks Experience with pool cleaning equipment and routine maintenance procedures Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
