Overview Join our team as a Pool Host/Cabana Attendant. The Pool Host/Cabana Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service in the pool and cabana areas. This role ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while providing attentive service to enhance the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate is energetic, service-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide a high level of personalized service Set up and maintain pool deck and cabana areas, including towels, seating, and amenities Monitor cleanliness and organization of the pool area throughout the day Assist guests with cabana reservations, seating, and special requests Deliver food and beverages to guests, if applicable Ensure all safety guidelines and pool rules are followed Maintain inventory of towels, supplies, and amenities Communicate effectively with Food & Beverage and Front Office teams Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and professionally Support special events or high-volume periods as needed Qualifications Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Knowledge of pool chemicals and safety regulations is a plus Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Benefits Davidson Hospitality Group is an award-winning, full-service hospitality management company overseeing hotels, restaurants, dining and entertainment venues across the US.
