Job Description
Variable Work Schedule:
- Polansky Park; (839 Grove Ave, Edison, NJ 08820)
- 4pm - 10pm
- Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays
- Now till August 30, 2026Essential Job Functions
- Prepares Park facilities for programs and events; ensures that area is set-up properly and there are enough supplies;
- Assists with entertainment and food truck set-up;
- Performs opening and closing procedures;
- Collects and disposes of trash and debris on park property;
- Moves and arranges furniture and equipment as required;
- Reports any repairs required for safety or security reasons; Acts as a liaison for on-going activities;
- Lifts, moves, and places picnic tables and benches at various park locations;
- Assists people in the park with questions and concerns; Communicates park rules and regulations;
- Must communicate and work with all residents and co-workers;
- Performs other related duties as required.
