Your role as a Pool Attendant will be to provide exceptional customer service to residents and their guests while maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming pool environment. Responsibilities include checking in all residents and guests, verifying pool access, enforcing community pool rules, and communicating with property management as needed. To be successful in this role, you must have open availability, strong customer service skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Paramus, NJ:

$19.00 per hour

Saturday-Sunday:

10:00am-8:00pm Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their guests. Check in all residents and guests entering the pool area and verify authorized access. Monitor the pool entrance to ensure only authorized individuals are admitted. Enforce community pool rules and report any violations or incidents to management. Maintain an organized and professional presence at the pool entrance. Observe and report any unusual activity or safety concerns. Ability to work scheduled hours. Ability to communicate effectively regarding daily activities, incidents, and reporting. Requirements Must be 18 years or older. Previous customer service experience preferred. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Maintain company professional standards and appearance. Must have reliable transportation. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
