Position Summary The Recreation Attendant is responsible for delivering engaging, safe, and memorable recreational experiences for resort guests. This role supports a variety of outdoor and cultural activities while maintaining a clean, weing, and safe environment throughout the recreation and pool areas. Key Responsibilities Monitor and operate the resort water slide and aquatic recreation areas to ensure guest safety andpliance with posted rules Maintain cleanliness andanization of the pool deck and surrounding recreation areas Rent, inspect, and maintain bicycles and related equipment; provide basic instructions to guests Assist with arts and crafts activities and culturally inspired classes and programs Support and help conduct guided nature hikes and outdoor recreational activities Greet guests warmly and provide information about recreation programs, schedules, and resort amenities Enforce safety procedures and respond appropriately to guest needs and concerns Set up, break down, and store recreation equipment and supplies Work collaboratively with the recreation team to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction Qualifications Previous recreation, hospitality, or customer service experience a plus Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to interact positively with guests of all ages Strongmunication and customer service skills Ability to stand, walk, and perform light physical work for extended periods Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
