Requirements Exceptional customer service skills Friendly and dependable Ability to work weekends and holidays Maintain a professional appearance Experience with handling cash drawer, counting change and basic accounting skills Basic knowledge of golf Basic computer skills Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities Assist in the daily operation of the Pro Shop and Golf Course Perform bookkeeping duties on daily charge tickets and daily long sheets Provide Customer Service for the Homeowners, Members, Tenants and Guests Assist customers in loading/unloading golf bags to and from automobiles, club storage and golf carts Maintain flow of players on the Golf Course Assist in the merchandising and restocking of the Golf Shop Assist in the preparation of tournaments and special events Provide customer support in the USGA Handicapping system Perform minor club repair and grip replacement Maintain club storage, golf cart storage and club rentals Clean and prepare golf carts Perform simple housekeeping duties Perform other duties as assigned Support all Quail Run Company Policies and Procedures; Ensure that all legal requirements are consistently adhered to Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Basic bookkeeping knowledge Basic computer knowledge Basic cash handling accounting, disbursement, and accountability Exceptional customer service skills; Basic golf knowledge Other duties This list may not be all inclusive, and it is inevitable that other duties will arise from time to time.
