We are looking for a professional, customer-service-oriented individual who enjoys working with residents and providing excellent support in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities Check homeowners and guests into the recreation facility Scan and verify resident access cards Ensure resident cards are active and up to date Answer incoming phone calls professionally Schedule amenities, reservations, and community classes Assist homeowners with questions and general information Maintain a friendly and professional front desk environment Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests Requirements Open availability, including weekends Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable answering phones and assisting residents Basic computer and scheduling experience preferred Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable and punctual Pay & Schedule Starting pay: $15.00 per hour Schedule may vary based on community needs Weekend availability is required Apply Today Join a team that values professionalism, reliability, and excellent customer service.
