Duties Maintain the cleanliness and proper chemical balance of the pool through routine testing and pool cleaning tasks Monitor pool area continuously to ensure guest safety, enforce rules, and prevent accidents Assist guests with pool access, provide information about pool hours, amenities, and safety procedures Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment, filtration systems, and surrounding areas for maintenance needs Keep detailed records of daily maintenance activities, safety checks, and incident reports Qualifications 18 Years of age Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Ability to follow simple instructions Able to be in the sun for extended periods of time
