Pool Attendant / Lifeguard

Duties Monitor pool activity continuously to enforce safety rules and prevent accidents or emergencies. Respond promptly and effectively to any water-related incidents or emergencies using certified first aid and CPR skills. Conduct regular pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning filters, skimming debris, and ensuring water quality meets health standards. Perform routine pool cleaning duties such as checking chemical levels. Assist guests with pool access, provide information about amenities, and address guest inquiries with friendly professionalism. Conduct safety inspections of pool equipment and surrounding areas to identify hazards or maintenance needs. Maintain accurate logs of pool activity, safety checks, and incident reports as required. Skills Proven experience as a lifeguard with current CPR and first aid certifications. We will pay for this training if needed. Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform water rescues confidently. Knowledge of pool maintenance procedures including chemical balancing and equipment upkeep. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Attention to detail in routines and safety inspections to uphold health standards. Prior experience is a plus.
