Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing information about course features, events, and amenities to enhance their experience Manage tee times, reservations, and walk-in bookings efficiently to maximize course flow and guest satisfaction Assist with organizing and supporting golf tournaments, special events, and recreational activities on-site Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of golf carts, equipment, and common areas to uphold high standards of presentation Handle cash transactions accurately for merchandise sales, food service orders, or event registrations Resolve guest concerns promptly through effective conflict management and exceptional customer service skills Experience Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles within resort or recreational settings is preferred Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly in a fast-paced setting This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive in lively environments and enjoy engaging with diverse groups of people.
