Job Description

Pacific City, OR $35.00/hour | Approximately 10 Hours Per Week Flexible Schedule Are you looking for a flexible part-time opportunity with competitive pay? We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Pool & Clubhouse Attendant to help maintain a community clubhouse and pool facility in beautiful Pacific City. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in keeping facilities clean and well-maintained, and is looking for supplemental income with a flexible schedule. What You'll Do As the Pool & Clubhouse Attendant, you'll help ensure the community's recreational facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.
Responsibilities include:
Test pool water quality and add pool chemicals as needed (up to twice daily on assigned days) Perform routine clubhouse cleaning, including floors, windows, furniture, restrooms, and common areas Monitor and remove trash, debris, and hazards from the clubhouse, parking areas, and surrounding grounds Conduct regular property inspections and report maintenance concerns Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, painting, and unclogging sinks or toilets Report vandalism, damage, or items left in common areas Assist with general property upkeep including leaf blowing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, snow and ice removal, and garbage removal Support landscaping efforts as directed, including light grounds maintenance and debris removal Provide friendly and professional customer service to residents, vendors, and community members Complete other related duties as assigned What We're Looking For Dependable and self-directed work style Strong attention to detail Ability to perform light physical labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Basic maintenance and cleaning experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Schedule & Compensation Approximately 10 hours per week Flexible scheduling $35.00 per hour If you enjoy taking ownership of your work, maintaining attractive community spaces, and working in a beautiful coastal setting, we'd love to hear from you!
