Golf Shop Attendant - Hershey Country Club

This position is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, courteous service to all guests of the Hershey Country Club. Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job): Greeting guests. Handling all cash, credit card, transactions; performing shop opening and closing duties. Exhibiting thorough product knowledge and upselling techniques to guests. Answering telephone in a professional manner. Inspecting merchandise to ensure quality prior to sale. Following safety and cleanliness standards. Scheduling start times for golfers. Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Must have a valid driver's license.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to handle cash transactions. Ability to speak, read, and write English. Ability to work independently and display leadership qualities, including initiative. Professional image representative of property image. Exceptional guest service and organization skills.

Job Demands:

This is a seasonal position available through October. The working schedule for this position may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs. Physical requirements include standing at least 95% of the shift, communicating clearly, walking, bending, and pushing and lifting up to 35 pounds. Schedule will rotate to cover hours of operation, including weekends and holidays.
