Bridal Entertainment consultant

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bridal Entertainment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for brides and their families, guiding them through selecting the perfect entertainment options for their special day. Your enthusiasm, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service skills will ensure every bride feels confident and excited about their entertainment choices. Duties Assist brides and clients in selecting entertainment options that match their wedding themes and preferences Conduct engaging product demonstrations of DJ services, live entertainment, photo booths, and other wedding entertainment products Provide personalized recommendations based on client needs, preferences, and budgets Upsell additional services or products to enhance the overall wedding experience Offer exceptional phone etiquette when answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, or following up with clients Qualifications Prior experience in weddings or event environments is preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele effectively Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and retail sales techniques is advantageous Previous experience in a grocery store or similar retail setting is beneficial but not mandatory Excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills, and a friendly demeanor are essential Join us as a Bridal Entertainment Consultant and play a key role in making wedding dreams come true!
