In this vital role, you will oversee pool safety protocols, perform routine maintenance, and deliver exceptional guest services that make every visit enjoyable. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a fun, secure space where guests can relax and enjoy their time by the water. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills in pool operations while contributing to a positive community atmosphere. Duties Monitor pool areas continuously to enforce safety rules and prevent accidents or unsafe behavior Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning filters, skimming debris, and checking chemical levels to ensure optimal water quality Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies using CPR and first aid skills, providing assistance until professional help arrives•
PAID CPR TRAINING PROVIDED
Assist guests with pool access, provide information about pool rules, and address guest inquiries with friendly professionalism Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment and surrounding areas to identify maintenance needs or hazards Maintain accurate logs of daily pool activities, safety incidents, and maintenance tasks Support pool cleaning efforts by sweeping decks, emptying trash receptacles, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the facility Experience Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and first aid is required;
WE WILL PAY FOR YOUR CPR
