Provides oversight of activities and necessary services to authorized prons, including general informion on the use of equipment. Provides informion concerning facilities and operion. Ensures adherence to regulions and safety procedures. Monitors and checks the security of premises. May receive payments and make change. Performs one or more of the following duties: Sweeps, dry mops, scrubs, waxes and polished floors, using brooms, mop, lightweight vacuum cleaners, and lightweight floor scrubbers and buffers. Empties ashtrays and wastebaskets. Keeps rest rooms in clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. Cleans disinfects and deodorizes lavories, urinals, and toilet bowls. Cleans mirrors, sinks, and wer fountains. Dust ledges and woodwork. Replaces deodorizers, toilet tissue, hand towels, and soap. Maintains a stock of cleaning merials and equipment and notifies supervisor when more are needed. Provides World Class Customer Service with an emphasis on courtesy. Assists customers and communices positively in a friendly manner. Acknowledges customers, smiles and makes eye contact. Asks questions to determine, verify and solve problems. Checks for sisfaction on the quality of goods and services. Takes action to solve problems quickly. Alerts the higher level supervisor, or proper point of contact for help when problems arise. Adheres to safety regulions and standards. Uses required safety equipment, and observes safe work procedures. Promptly reports any observed workplace hazards, and any injury, occupional illness, and/or property damage resulting from workplace mishaps to the immedie supervisor. Maintains personal identificion informion IAW with prescribed regulions and ensures confidentiality and security of informion. Handles sensitive informion th is proprietary, privileged, confidential, or otherwise legally exempt from disclosure. Safeguards sensitive informion and prevents unauthorized reading, printing, retaining, copying or disseminion of informion, messages, or correspondence in accordance with rules and regulions such as those covered by the Privacy Act, 5 USC 552(a), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, Public Law 104-191, and DOD Directive 6025.18. Notifies the higher level supervisor and senders immediely when personal identificion informion has been released and advises on how to properly recover, and/or protect informion. Adheres to established standards of actively supporting the principles of the EEO program and prevention of sexual harassment. Performs other reled duties as assigned. EVALUATIONS
Qualificions Six months experience in the assigned recreional activity is desired. Skill to learn MCCS policies, rules and regulions involving the area, and ability to communice orally and in writing. Knowledge of basic mhemics. This is a mixed position where the incumbent must be able to lift and carry objects up to 20lbs independently and objects over 45lbs with assistance. Additional informion
