Job Description
Florence Country Club Florence Country Club is looking for outgoing, high-energy individuals to join our Outside Services team. If you enjoy being outside, staying active, meeting new people, and making cash tips, this is a great opportunity to be part of a fun and fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on interaction, enjoys being on the move, and takes pride in creating a first-class experience for members and guests from arrival to departure. Great fit for students or anyone who loves golf, being outdoors, and working in a social setting. This position averages 15-25 hours per week or up to 30 hours per week, depending on the season and how much you want to work. We are flexible! What You'll Do Greet members and guests with energy and enthusiasm as they arrive Assist with golf bags, carts, and equipment before and after rounds Clean clubs and deliver bags, with strong opportunity to earn cash tips Prepare and stage golf carts for daily play Set up and maintain the practice range and short game areas Keep outside service areas clean, organized, and running efficiently Share helpful information about the course, events, and daily play Work alongside the golf operations team to create a smooth, enjoyable experience What We're Looking For Outgoing, friendly personality—someone who enjoys interacting with people Strong work ethic and reliability Someone who enjoys working outdoors and staying active Team player with a positive, can-do attitude Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed Requirements Ability to lift and carry golf bags (up to 50 lbs) Ability to be on your feet and moving throughout your shift Availability on Thursdays and Sundays Ability to work closing shifts Job Details Part-Time (15-25 hours per week) Seasonal hours may vary Benefits Golf privileges Discounted meals Cash tips (daily earning potential)
