Job Description:

Attend the Usher and Ticket Taker game day meeting to learn about specific events happening at the ballpark. Read the game day notes provided by the Front Office Staff. Report to your assignment immediately following the game day meeting. Inspect your section and ensure seats are clean and there is no garbage or other debris in or around your section. Wipe seats down. Inspect your area for standing water and notify the cleaning crew immediately if water needs to be removed. After Gates Open Acknowledge fans that are approaching your section and greet them with a smile. Seat fans by 1) reading fans ticket 2) walk fan to their seat and 3) wipe seat with chamois. During the Game Walk/Inspect the stairs of your section after every ½ inning Collect trash and recycling with bags after the 4th and 6th innings. Survey your sections for unauthorized fans. Watch for any fan standing against railings behind each section Assist with leading the crowd in cheers during promotions. Perform other related duties as assigned.
