In this lively role, you will ensure an exceptional experience for all guests by providing top-notch guest services, maintaining the course's pristine condition, and supporting various recreational activities. Your energetic presence will help create a fun, safe, and memorable environment for players of all ages and skill levels. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for hospitality, outdoor recreation, and community engagement in a dynamic resort setting. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing information about course amenities and services with enthusiasm. Assist players with club rentals, golf cart operations, and course navigation to ensure smooth gameplay. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the golf course, including managing equipment and ensuring safety standards are met. Support event management efforts during tournaments or special outings by coordinating participant needs and facilitating smooth operations. Handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts promptly to promote a positive atmosphere on the course. Monitor safety protocols, including lifeguard responsibilities if applicable, and respond swiftly to emergencies or incidents. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests, offering recommendations, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or guest relations is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently in public speaking situations. Experience in conflict management and resolving guest concerns professionally. Knowledge of event management or hospitality operations is a plus. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately during rentals or purchases. Lifeguard certification or experience is preferred for roles involving aquatic safety components. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and engaging with diverse groups, including children. Background in food service or resort hospitality enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
