Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pool Attendant, where you will be the vital first point of contact for guests enjoying our aquatic facilities. This energetic role of exceptional guest services to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for maintaining pool safety standards, and providing friendly assistance to all visitors. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences for our guests while upholding the highest safety protocols. Responsibilities Monitor pool area continuously to ensure guest safety and enforce facility rules Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing excellent customer service and information about pool amenities Conduct safety inspections and maintain clear visibility of the pool area at all times Assist with emergency situations by administering first aid or CPR when necessary, following established protocols Experience Demonstrated guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Valid certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid is highly desirable; certifications can be obtained upon hire if not already held Lifeguard experience or certification is a plus, showcasing your ability to respond swiftly in emergency situations Comfortable swimming in various conditions and maintaining composure in high-pressure scenarios Embark on a rewarding role where your dedication ensures a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.
