Job Summary Join our vibrant aquatic team as a Pool Attendant, where your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining pool safety standards, performing routine pool and facility maintenance, and delivering exceptional guest services. Your proactive approach will help create an enjoyable and secure experience for everyone enjoying the pool area. Responsibilities Monitor pool activity continuously to ensure safety and enforce rules effectively. Perform regular pool maintenance tasks, including checking chemical levels, cleaning filters, and skimming debris to maintain optimal water quality. Conduct routine cleaning of pool decks, locker rooms, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing friendly assistance and information about pool facilities and safety procedures. Assist with heavy lifting tasks such as opening or closing pool equipment and supplies safely. Document incidents, maintenance activities, and safety checks accurately in logs or reports. Skills Knowledge of pool maintenance techniques and cleaning procedures. Strong guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods. Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness, safety standards, and accurate record keeping.
