Full Job Description Services:
Check for
Valid Tickets :
Ensure attendees have valid tickets for the event, verifying seating arrangements and entry times.
Scan Tickets :
Use scanning devices to validate digital or paper tickets. Confirm the barcode or QR code is legitimate.
Verify Access Levels :
Make sure attendees have tickets that match the access level for specific areas (e.g., VIP, general admission).
Provide Information :
Answer patron questions about seating, event schedules, and amenities. Assist with
Directions :
Guide attendees to their seats, restrooms, concessions, or exits.
Manage Crowd Flow:
Help direct guests to open gates or areas for efficient entry and avoid bottlenecks. Assist with
Accessibility :
Help guests with special needs, such as those requiring wheelchair assistance, getting to their designated seating areas.
Manage VIP or Special Access:
Handle issues that Ticket Takers may have regarding VIP passes or special access tickets, ensuring only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
Pay:
