Responsibilities Monitor pool area continuously to ensure guest safety and enforce facility rules. Conduct thorough pool cleaning, including skimming debris, and maintaining surrounding deck cleanliness Assist guests with pool access, provide information about amenities, and address any concerns promptly Respond swiftly to emergency situations by executing first aid when necessary, following established safety protocols Maintain accurate logs of pool conditions, cleaning schedules, and incident reports Support overall facility cleanliness and organization to promote a safe and inviting environment Requirements Prior experience in pool maintenance or related roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform water rescues if needed Valid certifications in CPR and First Aid; Lifeguard experience is highly desirable Ability to lift heavy equipment or supplies safely during cleaning or maintenance tasks Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods Attention to detail in performing routine maintenance and safety checks Embark on a rewarding journey where your proactive attitude makes a splash!
