Responsibilities Safely operate and maintain golf carts, ensuring they are clean, charged, and ready for use at all times Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with cart assignments, and provide directions around the course Manage cash handling for rental fees and merchandise transactions accurately and securely Support event management activities such as tournaments or special outings by coordinating cart logistics Resolve guest concerns promptly with professionalism, demonstrating conflict management skills when needed Assist with guest services including providing information about the course, amenities, and upcoming events Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart storage areas while adhering to safety protocols Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences Experience in events management or coordinating group activities is a plus Ability to handle conflicts diplomatically and professionally in fast-paced situations Excellent communication skills for public speaking or providing clear directions to guests Basic food service or hospitality experience beneficial for supporting resort operations Lifeguard experience or working with children helpful for engaging diverse guest groups Knowledge of theater or public speaking can enhance your ability to interact confidently with guests and team members Join us as a Cart Attendant and become a vital part of creating an enjoyable, seamless golf experience!
