The Baylor Soccer student worker role requires a high work ethic to fulfill the dynamic workplace duties of an elite NCAA team. Responsibilities of the student worker position will include operational duties, such as practice preparation, team laundry, delivery management, and other tasks that fall within the operations of a NCAA Division 1 soccer program. Provide mid to advanced level administrative and operational support for day-to-day tasks May serve as initial contact for in-person guests or callers; provide excellent customer service May generate, prepare and analyze reports or perform forecasting May create creative content or maintain department website(s) May assist with special projects and initiatives supporting departmental goals May assist with planning or coordination of events May assist with identifying areas of improvement and recommend solutions May assist with compliance processes May assist with maintaining internal databases and records May assist with developing processes and procedures Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission Ability to comply with University policies Maintain regular and punctual attendanceEmployer:
