Job Description
Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Golf Shop and restaurant Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests while promoting a welcoming atmosphere in the golf shop. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, customer service stills, ability to multitask, and be fun and outgoing. Essential Responsibilities Greet and assist customers as they enter the golf shop/restaurant, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Take orders and cook food orders at times as needed. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on golf equipment, apparel, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction. Process transactions accurately using the POS system while maintaining basic math skills for cash handling. Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services that meet customer needs. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring cleanliness. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing customer questions or concerns. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall shop performance. Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts as needed.
