Our facility features a community pool, Olympic-sized competition pool, outdoor splash pad, fitness center, track complex, and more. As a central destination for both local residents and national-level events, Mylan Park requires team members who are energetic,responsible, and customer-service focused. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support game day operations and event setup Monitor use of water features, including slides and recreational areas Perform light cleaning duties (e.g., sweeping, squeegeeing) Assist with family and land-based recreational programs Serve as a positive representative of Mylan Park and its facilities Qualifications Currently pursuing educational goals (K-12, college/university, or professional certification) Basic computer proficiency Comfortable enforcing facility rules and addressing conflicts calmly and professionally Physical Demands Extended periods of standing or walking Repetitive hand and wrist movements (e.g., typing) Bending, stooping, and general mobility Clear verbal communication and auditory comprehension Work Environment Aquatic and recreational settings Events with moderate to high noise levels Fitness and activity-based environment This job description is intended to outline the general nature and responsibilities of this position.
