Responsibilities:

What You'll Do Care for ranch dogs and support their overall well-being. Clean and maintain kennels. Perform upkeep and maintenance of bird pens. Assist guides during walking hunts and dog training. Support European-style shoots with setup and takedown. Complete projects to maintain bird fields, facilities, and equipment. Remain cross-functional, assisting with guiding other activities and supporting other ranch positions during slow periods. Work a seasonal schedule with start dates between April and July and an end date in late October or early November. What You'll Bring Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changing ranch needs. Clean driving record. Current First Aid/CPR certification. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
