Requirements Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Attainment of a bachelor's degree in recreation, physical education, public administration, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university, and a minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in aquatic programs or aquatic facility management, including supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special Requirement:
Possession of a valid driver's license from state of residence. Must possess or obtain within first 12 months of employment: Certified Pool/Spa Operator (CPO) and CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
