Job Description

The Aquatic Director is responsible for developing markets and providing supervision of the aquatic programs and facilities as assigned including but not limited to the Bell Road Y. In addition, every position in the YMCA of Greater Montgomery is responsible for upholding our mission by modeling behaviors that exemplify caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
