Job Description:
Lead and inspire all aspects of the Athletic Club, including fitness, aquatics, and class programming. Develop engaging, innovative programs that enhance member wellness and community connection. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team. Flexible hours to include AM, PM, weekends, and holidays. Foster a culture of accountability, positivity, and exceptional service. Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily operations across all areas. Manage member engagement, feedback, and continuous improvement efforts. Partner on budgeting, forecasting, and revenue-driving initiatives with the director. Utilize technology and social platforms to promote programs and drive participation. Ensure all facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation. Build strong relationships with members and resort guests, creating a welcoming and personalized experience.Qualifications:
Certified Personal Trainer and/or Group Fitness Instructor (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, etc.). 3+ years of leadership experience in fitness, wellness, or hospitality. A passion for team leadership, member engagement, and wellness programming. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with members, guests, and staff alike. Experience with budgeting, reporting, and operational planning. CPR/AED certification (additional certifications a plus). You are a motivator, connector, and leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
