Job DescriptionEquinox is looking for Front Desk Manager on Duty to join the team!

This is a perfect position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.

Responsibilities include:

Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guestsAbility to coach and lead a teamAssist Front Desk Manager in hiring, training and supervising staffProfessionally greet members and guestsScan membership ID'sAnswer phonesUpdate members' accountsMaintain an orderly lobby areaAvailability to work flexible hours including opening shifts and weekendsPay Transparency$17.87/hrQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual should meet the following minimum requirements and qualifications: Previous experience in customer serviceReliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendlyInterested in health, fitness, and/or sportsAdditional Information
