Pay:
Negotiable Position Summary The Wine Club Manager is responsible for growing and managing the winery's wine club program while creating exceptional customer experiences that foster long-term member loyalty. This role oversees membership retention, communications, events, fulfillment, and direct-to-consumer sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, hospitality-driven, sales-focused, and passionate about wine and customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Wine Club Management Oversee daily wine club operations, including member enrollment, retention, upgrades, and cancellations Manage CRM and club databases to ensure accurate member information and order processing Coordinate quarterly shipments and pickup events, including shipping logistics and compliance Develop strategies to increase membership, engagement, and retention Monitor and report on club performance metrics, including sales, retention, and member satisfaction Customer Experience & Events Provide exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and email communication Build strong member relationships and create personalized experiences Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Train tasting room staff on wine club offerings and benefits Plan and execute wine club events, release weekends, and member experiences, including reservations, staffing, vendor coordination, and guest experience Sales & Marketing Support Support direct-to-consumer sales initiatives and promote club memberships during tasting room experiences and winery events Assist with marketing campaigns, email communications, social media promotions, newsletters, and club announcements Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, wine club management, customer service, or direct-to-consumer sales preferred Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Proficiency in POS and CRM systems (WineDirect, Corksy, Commerce7, or similar platforms) preferred Ability to work weekends, evenings, and winery events as needed Passion for wine, hospitality, and customer engagement Preferred Skills Experience with wine club fulfillment, shipping compliance, and event coordination Familiarity with social media and email marketing Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment Compensation & Benefits Negotiable salary based on experience Employee wine discounts
