Requirements:

Proven experience in a management role within the fitness or service industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze financial reports and implement effective strategies. Passion for fitness and a commitment to member satisfaction. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the fitness industry. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field preferred.
