POSITION OVERVIEW
The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) supports the Studio Manager with executing all sales, fitness, and operations functions within BoxUnion. The ASM provides an exceptional member experience, team environment, and contributes to the club's financial success. The ASM trains, develops, and leads a diverse, high-performing team to ensure goals are met and/or exceeded. This position is responsible for upholding company policies, brand standards and delivering the best club experience!BRAND STANDARDS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the Studio Manager's 'go-to' resource for daily task delegation, staff management, & communication Deliver the best fitness experience by maintaining member engagement and a high-performing team Assist with training team members on club operations and sales Obtain and retain a high percentage of membership enrollments by supporting the sales team and managing the execution of the club sales metrics Drive the business forward through class packages, private training, equipment, and retail sales Provide direction, motivation, and guidance toward achieving individual and company goals Establish a fun, safe, and community-focused club culture Help to resolve member concerns and escalate to the Studio Manager; when necessarySKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
1-3+ years in a managerial role and/or retail, hospitality, fitness experience Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to multi-task, manage clients (via call, text, email, and/or in-person) and team member concerns with approachable & welcoming energy Fitness enthusiast and boxing experience preferred; however, not a 'knock-out' qualificationREQUIREMENTS
Availability to work 30-35 hours per week High School Diploma/GED CPR and First Aid certified preferred Flexible hours, with the ability to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekendsCOMPENSATION & PERKS
