Client Partner/ Business Development Manager (Media & Entertainment)
Job Details:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced BDM
  • Media & Entertainment Farmer to manage and grow relationships with clients .
This role focuses on account farming—driving revenue growth, nurturing client relationships, and uncovering new opportunities within established accounts in the Media & Entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and grow strategic Media & Ent accounts. Build and maintain deep relationships with key client stakeholders (engineering, procurement, product, and executive levels). Identify cross-sell, upsell, and solution expansion opportunities aligned with client roadmaps. Collaborate with internal solution architects, delivery teams, and product managers to craft tailored solutions. Drive account planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and long-term growth strategies. Track market trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscape to stay ahead of opportunities. Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement through proactive support and communication.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related technical field; MBA is an advantage. 10+ years of account management/business development experience, with at least 3+ years in the Disney Accounts. Proven track record of growing revenue in large strategic accounts. Excellent client-facing communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience working with global delivery teams in an IT services or technology solutions environment.
