Manager

PrideStaff is currently seeking an Manager for a fitness facility located in Corona, CA. This is a direct hire position. Please see job requirements below to be considered.

Salary:

$190,000 to $200,000

Shift:

Hours to be determind - must be flexible to work weekends and late hours

Core Duties Staff Leadership :

Hire, train, schedule, and manage fitness trainers, front desk staff, and maintenance crews.

Sales & Marketing :

Drive new membership sales, manage renewals, and execute local marketing campaigns to hit revenue goals.

Operations & Safety :

Oversee facility cleanliness, schedule equipment maintenance, and ensure compliance with health and safety laws.

Financial Management :

Manage the club's budget, handle payroll, track monthly profits, and control operational expenses.

Member Relations :

Resolve customer complaints, gather feedback, and maintain high member retention rates.

Key Skills Business Acumen :

Understanding profit and loss statements, budget forecasting, and sales strategies.

Leadership :

Ability to motivate a diverse team of trainers and sales staff.

Customer Service :

Strong interpersonal skills to build a positive community environment.

Organization :

Managing multiple shifting priorities from maintenance emergencies to sales deadlines.

Common Requirements Education :

High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, or Kinesiology is highly preferred.

Experience :

2-5 years of management experience, ideally in hospitality, retail, or fitness environments.

Compensation / Pay

Rate (Up to): $190,000.00 - $200,000.00 Per Year
