Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience is also welcome. Experience in machine learning or recommender systems is a plus. At least 2 years of product management experience in online advertising. Familiarity with the full software product lifecycle, with the ability to lead product or product portfolio development from ideation and development to launch, performance monitoring, and iterative optimization. Strong product leadership is required. Strong learning agility, logical thinking, and innovative problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to complex and fast-changing international business environments. Excellent writing, presentation, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical ability with the capability to break down complex problems and drive collaboration across teams and regions. Fluency in both English and Mandarin required: the role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders in English

• $396000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
